Proceeds Will Support Play Flag Football Programs

Rockwall, TX - On October 21st and 22nd, 2006, SetHut.com will make history by staging the longest flag football game ever played. Two teams of ten players each will compete for a minimum of 24 hours at the Rockwall Indoor Sports Expo Facility in Rockwall, Texas. The game will be played using the Play Flag Football 4 on 4 league rule set.

Weekend festivities will include a Saturday night kick-off party with contests, games, prizes, and more. On Sunday, Play Flag Football will host an NFL Punt, Pass & Kick competition and a free youth camp. Festivities will wind down on Sunday night as players cross the 24 hour mark with the closing celebration.

Flag football enthusiasts around the world will be able to compete for great prizes through the event web site, www.marathonflagfootball.com (set to launch June 15th). Web site contests will be based on the statistics compiled in the marathon game. Site users will be able to input their guesses in categories like total points scored in the game, total number of touchdowns, total number of interceptions, and more.
